Bending machine is widely used for softening and bending acrylic, Plexiglas, PVC, pc, ABS, pp board into shapes, technical innovation, building model, decoration engineering, sign making, display case, market shelves, advertising light box, art ware making, etc. Acrylic Bending has always been challenging as it depends on operator’s caliber to have consistent finished products in limited time.
Should know how to adjust the temperature of the infrared tube according to different thickness of the plastic sheet.
Should know according to different material and thickness of the sheet, the width of the gap can be adjustable
Should ensures fast cooling and increases the life of the machine.
Should know the standard configuration of water pump and plastic tube
Should know how to adjust the length of baffle depending on the requirement to make the same bending position for each acrylic board.
Should know how to adjust the angle formed by the baffle and the back of the machine allows the bending angle of each product to be the same.
The job requires the ability to cut, form and process metals, acrylics and various materials.
Responsible for the receipt and inspection of all saw cut acrylic parts
Set up bending tables to fabricate plastic parts
Create jigs and setup fixtures as needed
Set packing procedures in place for final inspections
Streamline operations with new manufacturing procedures
Perform regular preventative maintenance
Diagnose problems and solve the downtime issue or breakdown
Conduct Facility maintenance – Grounds inside and outside
Vetting and ordering equipment and components with the vendor
Assess and prioritize workloads
Organizing routine servicing schedules and working over schedules.
Making scheduled checks on machinery, its parts and fitting new parts.
