Employee Relations:
Develop a positive professional relationships with all employees and perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
Maintain Human Resource files and records to ensure a high level of confidentiality relating to personal staff information.
Performance Management:
Administer Performance Management cycle including, Objectives Sittings, Performance Review, and Performance Appraisal.
Assist in developing methods of measuring performance management making sure it aligns with organizational goals.
Training & Development:
Coordinate with line managers to assess and analyze their employees training needs, develop training curriculum, and deliver training courses. Evaluate new hires or current employees for individual employee growth subsequent to training. Evaluate frequently training procedures, analyze course effectiveness, and update curriculum, as needed.
Organizational Effectiveness & Development:
Work on developing and implementing initiatives that enhance positive organizational values and culture as well as employees’ satisfaction.
Assist in reviewing and maintaining all employees job descriptions and organizational structures.
Review and update the organization’s policies and procedures according to the business need and the Saudi labor law.
Operations:
Manage the health insurance provider agreement and well as administer employee health insurance plans including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
Assist in processing required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions.
Conduct audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.
Perform other related duties as required.
