SAP (SF) lead Support

Handle SF implementations/rollouts independently across the globe
Review of the contracts as and when required
Prepare scope of work as and when required
Technical advice to top management for improvement of HR systems
Effort estimation for the new projects or system changes
المهارات
Strong project management and interpersonal skills; able to deal effectively with diverse skill sets and personalities, provide strong team leadership, and work effectively as a team player.
Good understanding of SAP’s strategy, products, services and organizational structure
Must track activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to customer and line management as appropriate.
Preference will be given to someone who has prior functional consulting background
Confident, articulate, and able to interact with Senior Management professionals
Empathic listener, persuasive speaker, excellent presenter and negotiator
Aggressive and Competitive
Must be certified in SF EC or ECP
SuccessFactors experience is must in EC and EC payroll
Experience PM/GM is preferred
Integration experience of SF with ECC & S4 HANA
Experience in SF-Payroll for KSA is big plus
Minimum 3 end to end SF implementations
