Role Purpose: Monitoring an employee’s progress, conducting performance reviews, and creating action plans for sales representatives that are under-performing.
1-Leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
2-evising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
3-Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
4-Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
5-Handle customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Sales Manager.
6-Coaching and Supervising Sales Representatives.
7-Assist with sales rep questions, concerns and product/service questions.
8-Create reports showing Sales.
9-Make sure all sales representatives adhere to company policies and procedures.
10-Communicate all employee relations issues, concerns, and incidents to Sales Manager.
11-Monitor calls, provide feedback to reps and assist reps on sales , install , and quality assurance goals.
12-Achieve of collection, sales target which had been estimated from director
13-Open new account in the assign product.
14-Full knowledge of medical product.
15-Develop and execute the marketing plan needed to the assign product
