الوصف الوظيفي
· Support and provide superior service via phones, e-mails and faxes as a receiver and caller
· Use questioning and listening skills that support effective telephone communication.
· Use an effective approach to handle special telephone tasks to communicate with cardholders and providers.
· Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
· Effectively deal with job stress, angry callers, and upset customers
· Use the most appropriate way to communicate with different behavior types on the telephone.
· Apply the elements of building positive support with different types of customers over the phone.
· Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
· Apply appropriate actions to effectively control a telephone call.
· Identify voice skills and how to enhance a good telephone presentation.
· Early detection of abuse and fraud.
· Follow up policy notification with providers when required.
· Meets commitments to customers and maintain higher customer satisfaction level with less complaint.
· Calling members for courtesy calls and submit weekly report.
· Verification calls to members, if applicable.
· Arranging booking for members when required
· Save all callers mobile numbers in the system to guarantee data are updated.
· Entering brief data for each call in the system to maintain the quality and future reference.
· Coordinate with MCC to control high cost cases by follow up with the providers.
· Any other duties assigned by the direct superior to enhance the customer care quality.
