As a member of the Communications Center of Expertise in a multinational compnay, the role holder is an expert in leading, managing and implementing strategic change communications projects and issues. These include a variety of planned projects (such as organizational changes) and reactive issues management. In addition the role will add value to smaller scale local change initiatives as required.Job holder may also specialises in communications planning and the gathering of comms and employee research, turning this into valuable insights that can be used to help the entire team make better comms decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the development of strategic communications plans for change projects in collaboration with a BP. Supporting the execution of those plans in such areas as: stakeholder analyses, message platforms, content and channel plans, measurement approaches.
2. Working to service level agreement requirements including quality and timescales.
3. Reporting work output using the CCE’s project tracking system so that progress and deliverables are easily monitored.
4. Implementing change communications plan and developing appropriate content for specific projects
5. Supporting the use of selfhelp tools.
6. Developing new, better ways of measuring communications effectiveness. Implementing these approaches, gathering and analysing the data and turning it into insights that inform communications decisionmaking
المهارات
Min 5 years experience in a communications and/or change management environment. Experience in a multinational environment. Proven Project management practice. Solid Change management experience.
MBA/MA degree or equivalent in Communications or related areas
