Tax Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Provide tax advice and support to various stakeholders in all departments.
Monitor changes in tax legislation and international developments and take appropriate action and assess the impact on business or opportunities.
Manage and support in all tax audits and investigations.
Preparing and submitting monthly, quarterly and annual tax reports.
Review analysis/ records and ensure they are properly maintained in a manner required to provide data for the preparation of tax returns.
Organizing and updating the company’s tax database.
Identifying tax savings and suggest ways to increase profits.
Assist in preparing year-end audit packages and tax analysis for financial auditors. Liaising with internal and external auditors and tax consultant.
Forecasting tax predictions through external networking.
Working closely with tax consultant on all open tax aspects and appeal memos (If any).
Manage tax audit documentations requests and training of staff for awareness.
Lead initiatives to improve processes and implementing tax best practices.
Performing any other tasks required by the immediate supervisor.
Comply to all BCR policies and procedures.
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree holder with specialization in finance and accounts or related field.
Minimum of five years of relevant work experience in international corporate tax gained as a tax advisor at a (larger) tax consultancy firm or multinational corporation.
In depth knowledge of all KSA tax laws.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to build good partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Lead and/ or participate in projects across functions.
Good ability to stay updated with market trends and external changes of tax laws and regulations.
Ability to prepare and deliver effective presentations and executive summary reports.
Able to work under pressure to meet very tight deadlines for closing, and tax submissions (payments & tax returns)
