KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES Strategic Workforce Analysis • Analyze the productivity and time spent on jobs and activities to estimate the workload to be handled by positions being analyzed Strategic Workforce Analysis • Analyze the productivity and time spent on jobs and activities to estimate the workload to be handled by positions being analyzed • Support in conducting analysis on current workforce baseline requirements and future projections based on scenarios and assumptions of business growth • Study the need to maintain, create, remove any function within SANS and its impact on workforce distribution and provide recommendations to SANS management accordingly • Conduct benchmark exercises to compare SANS full-time equivalents (FTEs) to other organizations • Provide periodic and ad-hoc reports to management in order to enable effective decision making Operational Support • Update ERP system with workforce distribution and headcount data, ensuring alignment with current organization structures in place • Incorporate competencies in job description documents in accordance with career development framework and architecture at SANS • Maintain repository of job descriptions and ensure adherence to agreed job titling framework at SANS • Work with external vendors and service providers for development of HR programs and systems when needed Policies, Processes and Procedures • Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance to policies and procedures • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement
