الوصف الوظيفي
-Communication Ability to Communicate with Multiple Nationalities and Ability to communicate in Arabic, English.
-Experience on SQL Server (Administration Level)
-Business Process Designing Experience as per Business Requirements
-Having experience to communicate with Development and Support team to develop and implement new requirements and manage ongoing support (Arabic and English)
-Experience in Windows Mobile and Smart Application to deploy, manage and provide necessary support
-Experience in Support Call Management to provide timely Support
-Excellent Experience in Spreadsheet and Data Analysis(Excel, Access and SQL DB)
-Special Requirements Ability to perform in Flexible Timings based on Business Requirements
-Flexible to Move in the field with Sale steam if Required
-Should have special Skill set to provide Support in Smart and effective manners with taking in consideration of User Level
-Over All Job Duties Make sure business recruitments are fully implemented and functional on Application
-Taking care of Hardware, Field force prints and make sure all are operative and performing properly
-Communication with Business department on routine matters

المهارات
Education Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology

Experience Should have minimum 5 Years Experience in Retail Application as Application Administrator and support provision
