الوصف الوظيفي

• Execute all planned actions based on the yearly/monthly plans
• Updating and managing content for the website and social media pages on a daily basis
• Managing the CMS from administration point of view
• Social Media’s daily posts, replies and monitoring visitor’s feedback externally and internally
• Responding to and resolving customer queries and comments on the SM platforms
• Perform the content related modifications and editing for social
• Apply the On-Page SEO, monitor and schedule off-page SEO activities
• Manage and check google analytics outcomes, and manage the monthly reports
• Verifying and updating content while ensuring messages deliver their communication objectives
• Continuously checking our pages rank in different sites and directories

المهارات
• University Degree, Computer science or marketing background
• A solid understanding of website development and management
• Creativity in creating engaging and interactive web material
• Hands on experience in social media and e-commerce
• Proficient in both Arabic and English language (written & spoken)
