Function Description Reporting to the General Manager, you will be managing, planning, and directing Human Resources functions and Personnel activities in our 350 employees organization, which include recruitment, training and development of employees, employee relations administration and ensuring the proper communication and implementation of the company’s policies and procedures. In addition to that, you will be presenting the company as needed in front of government entities and stakeholders. You will also help the company set up and utilize the ERP HR features. Other responsibilities include:
• Developing, documenting, and periodically updating HR and administration policies and procedures .
• Leading the development and implementation of manpower planning and career path development for citizens.
• Ensuring availability and periodic maintenance of job descriptions by coordinating with other managers to know of any changes in the duties and responsibilities for the current positions, and developing job descriptions for the new established positions.
• Supervising the preparation of statistical reports regarding the optimization of workforce, transfers, terminations and turnover and recommending remedial actions when needed.
• Setting up and monitoring the training policies and programs and administering training needs analysis and assessment, and accordingly supervising the preparation of annual training plan.
• Managing tasks related to the personnel for the employees, this includes attendance, circulars, salaries, vacations, performance appraisal, incentives, awards, warning letters… etc.
• Responsible for managing the relations with all government agencies and entities such as Ministry of Commerce, GOSI, etc.
• Key person responsible to manage and issue all employees’ working permits, residence certificates, passports renewal, licenses renewal, visitors visit visa, and other formal papers related to the employees.
• Selecting and negotiating with insurance providers and agencies to manage the relationship
• Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensuring policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance as well as consulting legal counsel to ensure that policies comply with applicable labor laws.

2- Experience in executive HR role in similar sized organization
3- Excellent in written and verbal communication both in Arabic and English
4- Strong presentation skills and ability to influence other managers and executives
