الوصف الوظيفي · Make important policy, planning, and strategy decisions for the household division. · Work closely with the Deputy CEO to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals. · Arrange accommodations and buses for the household projects. · Set an expansion& implementation plan for the Household Division for Kingdom Wide · Daily follow up with the Operating companies for the “hourly Services Cleaning”, Collection and domestic workers forecasting Plan to match their requirements. · Prepare Time sheet for the household division. · Involve with the recruitment consultant for interviewing for the Domestic workers and Drivers. · Work in alliance with the Finance Department for daily, weekly and monthly reports for the sales target and collections. · Setting Activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team. · Continual training and development of the all members of the sales department. · Attending Key meetings with members of the sales& Operation team. · Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process. · Build and maintain database of company’s clients “Individual Clients and Operating Companies”. achieve Turnover & Profit targets. المهارات Internal: 1- Recruitment. 2- HR Dep. 3- GR Dep. 4- Finance Dep. 5- Payroll Dep. 6- Logistic Dep. 7- MRM Dep. تفاصيل الوظيفة
