JOB SUMMARY

• Creation and management of OC Strategy for Customer Experience including Design & Aesthetics, Content, Navigation, Information Architecture, Branding/Marketing, Performance, Functionality
• Management and collaboration of the strategic actions of Internet marketing including social media integration
• Ownership and management of Technical Infrastructure
• The creation of the strategy & ownership & management of sales measurements and monitoring methodologies
• Direct and manage internal and external teams if applicable
• Provide sales and Internet Marketing thought leadership, innovation and process improvement initiatives aligned with an Omnichannel approach and experience.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
• Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising or Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum Experience: 10 years of experience in e-commerce, and digital management, Retail store experience.
• Skills: management communication, the physical instore experience exposed to Omni Channel experience
• Languages: English, preferably Arabic
TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Develop a digital marketing plan
• Plan Omni Channel Communications
• Design an Omni Channel site with a complete look and
feel of the seamless experience
• Develop and manage quality customer service practices

• Drive sales results
• Maximize product sales and market share
• Analyze and achieve sales targets
