Maintain all site engineering drawings, equipment operations manual and spare parts recommendations for easy reference.
Determine in conjunction with Restaurant Manager in charge the type of maintenance to be applied to each piece of equipment – productive, predictive, preventive or corrective.
Identify the critical equipment, carry out maintenance and breakdown risk analysis of each piece of equipment and recommend corrective/preventive measure based on the risk analysis.
Complete all equipment maintenance.
Plan and follow up on equipment spare parts purchases including receipt and issuance spare parts and spare parts inventory control.
Prepare preventive equipment maintenance plan and to ensure that the plan is implemented.
Liaise with external equipment maintenance service contractors and to monitor their services.
Check the design specification of any new equipment / machinery planned to be acquired against Prestige guidelines and good restaurants practices in conjunction with Manager in charge.
Liaise with contractors on any construction, fabrication/erection contracts within the manager in charge, monitor progress of such jobs and ensure compliance with agreed quality control.
Report any HSE incident using appropriate reporting form.
Ensure safety and security of staff and assets in order to safeguard people and property from accidental or deliberate loss and adhere to Good Kitchen and Restaurants Practices.
Monitors the maintenance procedures to ensure compliance.
Work closely with employees through work teams to facilitate communication of goals, objectives and ideas for process improvement.
Any other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Age: 30 - 40 years old
Restaurant Equipment maintenance experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
Education: intermediate degree as minimum level.
Organized and planned approach.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, organizes priorities, and meets deadlines.
Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information professionally.
Problem solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to effectively produce.
Ability to work under pressure
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
Good verbal and written skills.
Follow up and monitoring skills.
