الوصف الوظيفي 2. Coordinates building maintenance and repairs that affect normal building operation 3. Manage security, safety, parking areas, cleaning of the JS building 4. Manage parking requests. 5. Cash management and reviewing invoices; 6. Event management duties – greeting tenants, 7. Taking care of hospitality needs and answering questions 8. Touring the building and handling problems according to the policies and procedures; 9. Maintain and monitor equipment in the JS building; 10. Completion and filing of shift, event management, incident and maintenance reports; 11. Secure the building at closing 12. Develops and implements facility emergency plans with the JS Building manager 13. During evacuations, assists emergency response teams in assessing building condition, locating missing personnel, shutting off utilities, and delivering a status report 14. Manage & Distribute the invoices for tenants 15. Regular visits to the tenants’ offices & retails shops المهارات 2. Working knowledge of property management and operations practices 3. 6 years or more of working experience. 4. Male or Female 5. Proven track of successful customer service 6. Up to date with property management level of services 7. MS Office familiarity 8. Excellent communication, problem-solving skills 9. Customer service orientation 10.
