Primary Objectives:
The job holder plays a key role in achieving sales and category growth by developing and implementing BTL strategies within brands guidelines as well as customers’ and shoppers’ expectations.
Accountabilities:
Develop Annual Activity plan on brand level and channel level in line with brand guidelines, Sales analysis, Retail audit, and shoppers’ insights to reach growth objectives.
Maximize brands’ off-take through developing best in class Point of Sale Material (POSM) with Brand Managers and Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
Planning and implement activities related to trade and shoppers on floor and act as is a main focal point between sales and marketing functions.
Negotiate and acquire financial approvals from management through presenting clear objectives and KPIs in line with Sales strategy.
Implement thematic promotions, trade activities, and launch by managing project timelines, cross-function coordination, and production of branded material.
Manage relation with third-party agencies for POSM and displays production and Co-Packing.
Manage Trade Marketing budget efficiently while ensuring cost policies are applied while working in parallel on optimization
Communicate Pre and Post evolution of all planned activities based on ROI, KPIs, and market feedback.
Develop and implement brand guidelines on shelf by conducting field visits and coaching merchandising team.
Category projects in Modern Trade to enhance permanent visibility.
Special branding solutions in grocery and self-service store.
Others:
Carry out additional relevant tasks as advised by the manager.
Follow all BCR safety instructions and procedures and report any safety hazards or near misses immediately to the safety officer.
Adhere to all BCR policies and procedures.

Required Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG in Saudi Market with sales/Trade marketing.
