Fixed Asset Specialist

الوصف الوظيفي
To proceeds all assets and CIP transactions and activities and maintain all accounts reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of the accounting reports

1- Process and post all asset transactions

2- Analyze and capitalize all CIP projects

3- Perform and calculate all depreciation expenses and post its journal entries

4- Prepare monthly reconciliation of all Assets

5- Ensure the implementation of all approved policies and procedures

6- Monitor and maintain all forms to capitalize any potential asset

1- Able to communicate efficiently with other staff member

2- Able to complete multiple tasks within a time limit

3- Able to manage work pressure and high load

4- Very good in English

5- Very good in using system applications (Oracle & MS)
