الوصف الوظيفي • Lead the development of close and effective relationships with external stakeholders including the government, quasi-government bodies and trade & industry groups. • Plan and monitor publicity strategies and campaigns. • Develop the identity and brand of the group and establish its positioning with multiple strategic partners and stakeholders. • Identify new opportunities for external engagement, partnerships and collaboration. • Develop, monitor and report on metrics to assess the overall effectiveness of the Group’s external relations strategy. • Promote integrated and coordinated external relations activities responsive to changing internal and external drivers. • Keep abreast of developments in the field of health services and statutory updates-both national and international policies relevant to clinical services and key changes within partner organizations. • Serve as a member of the corporate affairs team, advising the chairman and the executive management committee on all aspects of internal and external communications and partnerships. • Monitor the delivery of all corporate marketing activities targeted at AMGs stakeholders, taking into account needs and expectations of the group’s leadership, governing authorities and external stakeholders. • Lead the promotion of the group’s reputation, developments and growth through media relations. • Developing & managing corporate media management policies and activities. • Maintain and protect group’s intellectual property. • Establish, monitor and manage effective ethical & compliance programs. • Responsible for effectively communicating ethics and compliance standards and procedures to all employees through training programs and publications. • Be required to attend relevant events and/or represent the group. المهارات • The successful candidate should have 7-10 years of experience of working in external affairs and understand Saudi/GCC statutory policy development and advocacy. • The successful candidate will have previous experience as a communicator and influencer and will have the emotional intelligence to develop strong relationships among diverse stakeholders. • Relationship-building and stakeholder management – the candidate should possess high level influencing and negotiation skills; able to build and maintain effective networks & partnerships. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – confident and engaging presenter, can explain complex issues clearly, with impact to a range of audiences. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/external-relationship-manager-4156709/ |
