Job Purpose Statement:
The role of Recruitment specialist function is to plan, manage and monitor the implementation of manpower planning and recruitment processes across Namariq and Supervising all the functions of recruitment for all positions in subsidiary companies to ensure filling the requested jobs by the right candidates on the right time at the right cost.
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensure that manpower planning and recruitment processes take place within set deadlines.
• Project short and long term “talent” needs, quantitative and qualitative, on the basis of organizational manpower plans.
• Maintain information with regard to the number of employees, skills and competencies required to fill vacant and planned positions.
• Prepare, review and consolidate the manpower and recruitment plans and budgets.
• Responsible for dealing with international recruitment agencies; drafting and continuously updating the necessary annual agreements.
• Updating recruitment websites (LinkedIn, Bayt.com) and collecting applicants CVs.
• Review international recruitment agencies’ bills and follow-up on payments with the finance department.
• Analyzing required functions in line with job descriptions and try to find the most suitable candidates as per required competencies and qualifications.
• Prepare orientation programs for new employees (Orientation Kit about Namariq).
• Follow-up on employee 3-month probation period and the additional 3 months if applicable,as to finalize the hiring decision.
• Prioritize hiring of Saudis in all vacant positions and only consider other nationalities if no suitable Saudi applicants are available.
• Responsible for the ERP System (Recruitment System); Reviewing CVs.
• Follow-up on receiving candidates’ CV from company website; utilize the ERP system in linking such documentations.
• Project short and long term “talent” needs, quantitative and qualitative, on the basis of organizational manpower plans.
• Forecast and anticipate future manpower changes and allow timely remedial action to be taken.
• Conduct Exit interviews for Expats not renewing their contracts.
• Responsible for sending and posting notifications.
• Monitoring of Employee contracts and follow-up on renewals.
• Preparing the weekly, monthly, & yearly recruitment reports.
• Solicit feedback from superior and management to enhance process.

• Advanced Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment and selection.
• Proficient at the analysis of behavior patterns of candidates as well as likelihood of success in the organization context.
• Ability to use a variety of sources to proactively fill job openings.
• Strong command of oral and written Arabic and English
• Leadership Skills
