الوصف الوظيفي Key Duties and Tasks · Responsible for all payroll-related tasks, including collecting and reviewing employee information and working hours, calculating wages, preparing and processing employee WPS payroll file, monthly pay-slips and maintaining accurate payroll records by entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software (with the ability to work on maintaining data in MS-Excel). · Responsible for responding to payroll-related inquiries and resolving concerns; · Responsible for preparing periodic payroll reports for management; · Study changes to base pay. Coordinate the delivery of variable remuneration including incentives and bonuses; · Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks; · Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current laws and regulations; · Enrolling, updating and removing personnel in General Organization for Social Insurance; · Responsible for ensuring company is compliant at all times with the Wage Protection System and report to the management any deviations or non-compliance thereof; Education · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management; المهارات Employability Skills · Good communication skills in English and Arabic language; · Effectively work in a team, data management and data security · Versatile experience with MS Office (Excel and Word); · Wages audit; · Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research; · Strong interpersonal and communication skills; · Good organization skills with a problem-solving attitude; · Relevant years of experience in payroll or similar position; تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/c-b-specialist-4159483/ |
