Job Purpose

Talented, proactive, energetic graphic designer to help sharpen our communication materials internally through multi branding and communication designs.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative design solutions for all internal comunication materials such as employee blogs, infographics, posters, animations, and videos.
• Execute creative designs that re-connects emotionally with our employees through publishing genuine employees’ stories and highlighting authentic moments.
• Build positive employee’s experience through storytelling and visual communications to become an employer of choice.
• Develop seasonal themes and creative concepts for all corporate events and annual roadshows.
• Create simple animations.
• Use creative and artistic techniques to tell a story or provide information in visual form.
• Design impactful content assets for all communication materials.

المهارات
Education

Bachelor’s Degree in creative design, graphic design or related field

Experience, Skills & Competencies

• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year experience in agency or design role
• Competency to use relevant computer programs to deliver creative executions
• Proficiency in all Adobe Creative Suite programs including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with video animation programs
• Communication skills
• Time management
• Detail oriented
