تقديم العناية التمريضية الشاملة .
وضع الخطط التمريضية التي يجب أن تتبع وحسب المعطيات والأولويات .
تطبيق الخطة التمريضية المعدة بصورة فعالة .
تقييم نوعية الخدمات التمريضية المقدمة وتصحيح الأخطاء
تقييم احتياجات المرضى المنومين وتقديم الرعاية الشاملة لهم سواء كانت تمريضية نفسية أو إجتماعية
حماية المرضى من العدوى والإصابات وإعطاء التثقيف الصحي.
تحضير المريض وتحضير المعدات اللازمة لعمل الفحص السريري ومساعدة الطبيب في إجراءات الفحص .
القيام بإعطاء العلاجات تنفيذاً لتوجيهات رئيسة القسم وحسب أوامر الطبيب
تطبيق الخطة التمريضية العامة ( الموضوعة حسب السياسات والإجراءات التمريضية للمستشفى )
الحصول على عينات التحاليل من المرضى وإرسالها للمختبر والتأكد من وصول هذه النتائج ووضعها في ملف المريض
تحضير وإعطاء المغذي الوريدي وتسجيل كمية السوائل ( الداخلة والخارجة) ( حسب أوامر الطبيب )
Provide comprehensive nursing care.
Establishing nursing plans that should be followed according to data and priorities
Effectively implement the prepared nursing plan.
Evaluating the quality of the nursing services provided and correcting the errors
Evaluating the needs of inpatients and providing them with comprehensive care, whether it is psychological or social nursing
Protecting patients from infections and injuries and giving health education.
Prepare the patient and prepare the necessary equipment for the clinical examination and assist the doctor in the examination procedures.
Giving the treatments in implementation of the directives of the department head and according to the doctor’s orders
Implementation of the general nursing plan (established according to the hospital’s nursing policies and procedures)
Obtaining samples from the patients for analysis and sending them to the laboratory to ensure that these results are reached and put them in the patient’s file
Prepare and give intravenous feeder and record the amount of fluids (entering and leaving) (as per doctor’s orders)
