Human Resource Manager Jeddah

On behalf of a leading manufacturer and supplier of electrical material in the region, we are seeking a Human Resource Manager for their Jeddah Head office. Reporting to the CEO.

You will help shape employer brand strategy and ensure the company attracts, hires, develop, and retains qualified employees.

· Set objectives for the HR team and track progress

· Design and implement company policies & procedures.

· Set objectives that promote a healthy work environment.

· Develop compensation and benefits plans.

· Organizational departmental planning.

· Discuss employees’ career development paths with managers.

· Monitor HR metrics (e.g. Turnover rates and cost-per-hire)

· Review departmental budgets

· Organize learning and development programs.

· Ensure HR staff address employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.

· Performance management and improvement systems

· Responsible for knowing and consulting upon all areas of human resources, including hiring/termination, employee onboarding, needs assessment, and training corrective action, complaints, and policy interpretation.

· Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations

المهارات
B.Sc degree in Human Resources Management
Five years of experience in an HR Manager role
Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to manage relationships between employees and clients.
A strong level of professionalism and the ability to communicate with other members of the corporate structure.
Familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Solid understanding of labor legislation
Excellent communication abilities
Leadership skills
Ability to foster healthy employee relations
