الوصف الوظيفي Responsible for serving and maintaining walk-in cash/credit customers, establishments from company’s sales office or branch. He should be able to manage the role of business ambassador with these customers. Increase sales, repeat customers, providing excellent service and exceed customer’s expectation. Meet the revenue targets and objectives. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/ MAIN DUTIES · Responsible for sales, service, price, quotation, mail or phone follow-up with all walk in cash customers at UCIC branch or regional office. · Getting new and maintaining existing customers base. Play the role of business ambassador for these customers. · Create excellent customer relationship that maximizes annual revenues and loyalty. · Achieve monthly/annual budgeted targets for the cash sales office in the branch or region. o Budgeted volume o Maintain and implement prices. o Maintain at all times agreed gross margin. o Ensure repeat customers. o New customers. · Create value addition by providing excellent service to generate competitive advantage to draw premium pricing and cash sales. · Gather complete information of the customer to assist RM to develop relevant strategies and products. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports to Regional Sales Manager. · Review customer progress and implement plans in agreement with RSM. · Exceed customer satisfaction ratings. · Adhere at all times to companies SHE, sales and credit policies. · Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. المهارات EXPERIENCE: At least 2 years’ experience in sales. Proven experience of managing relationships with customers and companies at junior to middle level.
