Responsible for planning new branch construction projects and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner. Responsible for budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects.
⦁ Oversee and direct construction projects from initiation to completion to make sure for the project will meet the owner and government requirements to maintain company objective.
⦁ Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs to maintain the project budget to facilitate the project with the best value.
⦁ Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor schedule and work on-site to maintain project deadline.
⦁ Prepare internal and external reports related to job status to keep the direct manager updated to avoid any unplanned cases.
⦁ Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emergence cases to maintain project time and cost
⦁ Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques to meet with the market objective.
⦁ Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts to ensure the project meets the best price and quality with the proposed budget.
المهارات
⦁ BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
⦁ 7-10 years’ experience in a project management role
⦁ PMP / Prince 2 certification
⦁ Proven working experience in construction management
⦁ Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
⦁ Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
⦁ Familiarity with construction management software packages
⦁ Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
⦁ Competent in conflict and crisis management
⦁ FMP (Facility Management Professional)
⦁ ISO 55000 & Asset Management
