الوصف الوظيفي
Providing the daily technical support to the business related to SFA solution.
Customizing / modifying the existing system as per business specifications and requirement.
Documenting and facilitating any new requirement and providing the needed support.
Set up functions, enter data or procedures, processing information related to SFA.
Analyze computer network issues and choose the best solution to maintain connectivity.
Coordinate with related functions and prepare technical reports, training materials and documentations for end users.
Monitoring user access and security.
Monitoring performance and managing parameters to provide fast query responses to front-end users.
Develop, manage and test back-up and recovery plans.
Ensure that storage, archiving, back-up and recovery procedures are functioning correctly.
Involved in business process definition and implementation.
Develop reports needed for operation.
المهارات
Essential: Bachelor Degree.

Preferred: Computer Science or related field
Essential: FMCG Background

Preferred: IT Systems Background
- Good presentation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure

- Good communication skills (spoken and written.

Beginner developer on SQL Server 2012 or above.
Oracle developer course or any related background.
ASP.net
SSIS (SQL server integration service)
SSRS (SQL server reporting service).
SSAS (SQL Server analysis service)
Beginner on SQL DBA.
