Direct implementation of Fleet operations while forecasting and setting short term and long-term targets.
Develop and implement effective marketing, promotional campaigns, and strategies of fleet sales to corporate clients.
Formulate attractive pricing packages for fleet business to generate sustained revenue on a continual basis
Build and direct sales, marketing, and operational teams to work cohesively as per business plan and continually track performances of teams to achieve standards and targets laid down across operations
Must have full knowledge of the Saudi and Gulf market requirements in terms of the power of the engines required in the region and the projects offered within the Gulf market.

BA degree/equivalent experience – commercial/business emphasis
7 - 10 years’ experience in the same position.

Technical background and ability to read and understand technical terms and products
Pricing strategies
Excellent customer service ability
Professional in appearance and attitude
Detail-oriented, charting individual sales, establishing individual sales goals and bonus plans, and constantly monitoring Fleet sales against the business plan .
Ability to establish a positive distinctive marketing image and proactive customer responsiveness within the team.
Good communication skills in English - Arabic is definitely an advantage .
Computer Skills: Microsoft office package .
