الوصف الوظيفي Bakery Store Keeper Direct and manage activities at the stores by overseeing the work flow . Needs to have knowledge of the raw materail in bakery,Pastry ,Dessert,Kitchen,cleaning material, packaging& stationary . Supervise and coordinate the daily activity of operations in the stores. Duties and Resposibilities • Ordering Supplies for the store and making sure everything would be avialable as the par level • forecasting of stocks in order to project consumption properly. • Implementing safety measures in all aspect of the stores, includes personal hygiene and stocking , FIFO ,stock rotation , full implementation of haccap in terms of receiving and deliver goods. • Mnage all the dispatchs from the store to the branchs • Conduct the inventory for stores on monthly basis & as per required by the management. • Proceed all the requests throuh out foodics system ( Purcahses , production , store request & Waste) • Daily reports (inculdes post the waste, production, dispatch items , delivered items report , end of day foodics report • Post all the purchases invoices over the system • Full implementation of yana sops • Working in vay shifts to cover day to day Store operations • Fill out all the forms required on daily basis in terms of checklists , cleaning schedules , business matters • Daily quality control check up. • Any other task required by the management المهارات • Flexible working hours subject to the demands of the business. • Able to work under pressure. • preferred to work on (Odoo - SAP - Orecal - Microsoft Office ... etc.) تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/bakery-store-keeper-4244548/ |
