Prepare the yearly & monthly preventive maintenance plans and weekly work schedules for different equipment in the electrical section, and follow up their execution by the assigned persons.
Perform breakdown maintenance of different equipment.
Supervise operation and trouble shootings of major power distribution & motor control centers, Generators.
Distribute different jobs to technicians and operators as per Maintenance Job Orders.
Plan, direct and record periodic electrical testing, and initiates modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet acceptable operating standards.
Keep a check on the motor re-windings and safety standards throughout the factory.
Maintain Machine log books, history cards , Preventive & Breakdown maintenance of machines
Issue the job orders of different sections to technicians for execution & keep record
On the Job Training / GEP training for Subordinates.

Have experience in the industrial field.
Supervise and coordinate operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment and machines.
Preventive maintenance schedules preparation and its implementation.
Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation.
