Reaching out to customers to sell production lines/equipment
B2B, inside sales experience.
Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers the usefulness of the equipment and how it may suit the customer needs.
Advising customers on how best to use the equipment provided.
Collaborating with the design, production, engineering, or research and development departments of the company to determine how the equipment could be modified to suit the needs of the customer.
Deliver content and training to customers on site
Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone and/or email
Manage the technical aspects of the entire sales cycle
Know the market well and be able to help customers choose the right solutions
Track advertising or news of product launches in industry publications
Studying competitors’ product offerings, roadmaps and strategies
Create technical-sales documents and presentations that explain the products and services to customers which shows that how we will meet the customer needs, and why we are better than the competitors.
المهارات
BS Engineering degree or equivalent, strongly preferred
3+ years’ experience selling food manufacturing Equipment/Production Lines
Communication skills must be excellent and will include onsite presentations, written proposal preparation, and effective email, phone, and face-to-face communications.
Microsoft Office proficiency required
Must have a valid driver’s license, transferable Iqama.
Frequent travel to customer locations will be necessary
