Our Client:
Our client is a well-known established name in the food & beverage world.
Your Role:
The role would support whole Middle East in enhancing overall business performance through a focus on key organizational elements such as Talent Management, cultural transformation, employee engagement, team effectiveness, organization design and change management. Activities will include the design & implementation of major, sector-wide organizational effectiveness interventions and will require data analytics, facilitation and meeting design.
Lead the Talent management and cultural learning & development agenda across the sector—implement integrated interventions to drive cultural transformation and evolve the business, addressing the needs of culture, career and community.
Establish measures in the areas of talent / organizational effectiveness, culture and business impact; create and maintain scorecards / dashboards that track talent outcomes and support decision making that drives strategic change.
Develop and execute detailed plans for implementing assessment processes to diagnose organizational effectiveness opportunities.
Leverage technologies, tools and databases to identify measures and gather data from systems inside and outside of the HR function, incorporating them into a talent and organization measurement framework to demonstrate effectiveness, impact and ROI of the various cultural interventions.

Must Haves:
Qualified professional with strong exposure in leading the HR team.
Should have experience in managing an operating business and corporate human resources.
You should have at least 5+ years’ experience in leading the HR department.
