We are now looking for (x15) Maintainers for our plant in Saudi Arabia in Dammam and Jeddah, which produces aluminum beverage cans. The position reports directly to the Shift Supervisors. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Crown team in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate maintains the production machinery ensuring no breakdowns while maintaining the quality of the product, the safety of the operation, the condition of the machines and the control of raw material. While always following the Health and Safety procedures on site, the maintainer ensures that the machines setup is done as per the standard procedures, conducts quality checks as per the quality procedures and ensures all product specs are in control during running of the machines, follows the PM&R;procedures in maintaining the machines, keeps a high level of housekeeping on the line and communicates to the supervisors all problems and areas of improvements.

Applications are invited from vocational professionals (Technical, Mechanical or Production background), with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a high speed production environment.
You are able to run the machines without quality defects and to to carry out maintenance work as per PM&R;program.
You have a safety first mindset, with good communication skills (verbal and written English mandatory), well-developed problem solving skills and an understanding of continuous improvement methodologies.
We expect you to work with flexibility, on shift, in any work area as far as safety and capability allows.
Experience in can making is an advantage but you will be locally trained to fully appreciate our processes.
