Responsibilities include assisting, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems المهارات Make and confirm reservations. Monitor room availability. Provide guests with information pertaining to available services and hours of the hotel. Assist in the training of all Front Office staff. Ensure the cleanliness of the Front office, lobby, and surrounding areas. Must be familiar with shift checklist and be able to run the desk in absence of the Manager. Understand all emergency procedures. Cover shifts when needed. To be experienced with various guest scenarios. To be familiar with all technical equipment related to the Front Desk. To be familiar with all hotel facilities and offerings. To understand the influence and importance of all departments on the Front Desk.
