Prepare Strategic Brand Development Plans each year
Develop and implement annual Brand Plans to achieve desired budget.
Complete new product feasibility studies and launch new products where relevant to the sales team and trade
Complete marketing proposal briefs for approval in advance of all activity
Track all trade and marketing activities results and effectiveness
Control and monitor marketing budgets by brand
Pro-actively propose means to develop the brand whether in design, support, new items, etc. and research these ideas where necessary
Ensure shelf life brand items write-offs, expiring goods, etc. are below company targets and take action in advance as per company guidelines
Control purchase order materials and communicate materials to sales/merchandisers
Collect competitor and market information
Prepare monthly brand reports
Provide Customer Service support as and when required
Coordinate production of marketing materials
Coordinate new product development process with R&D;Undertake responsibility of PR, Digital marketing and coordination with agencies
Develop, update and maintain brand guidelines
Participate in events and exhibition as required
Manage E-Commerce activities of related brands
Develop marketing budgets and objectives

5 years marketing/brand management background with FMCG company and Food
Ability to manage multiple tasks, organize priorities, and meet deadlines
Ability to lead and coach teams
Team leader skills
Analytical and financial skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
