Manages project development from initiation to closure and will be accountable for project results
Works with the project sponsor and stakeholders to complete the project charter and the statement of work, outlining the scope, goals, deliverable, required resources, budget and timing
Ensures that complete requirements have been gathered and documented
Completes the work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task
Provides a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed and by which team member
Provides appropriate communications to the project sponsor and stakeholders and manage clear expectations
Resolves issues and problems as they arise throughout the project’s life cycle
Identifies risks and risk mitigation plans
Manages project scope by ensuring that any changes to the scope are documented and approved by the project sponsor using project change request forms
Identifies and track project milestones and the critical path, while providing status reports to the project sponsor and the PMO
Leads and motivates project team members on a proactive basis, and keeps projects on time and within budget
Determines how project success will be measured and conducts a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved
Ensures that all project documents have been safely stored and are accessible to the project team
Leads a project team consisting of software developers, enterprise architects, computer programmer/analysts, systems analysts, database administrators, technicians, specialists and/or testers on multiple agile and waterfall teams while coordinating with other functional and technical groups such as Product Management and Operations
المهارات
Should have experienced into Project handling (GIS Preferable), Team handling
Preferred experience in GIS, Surveying, Urban Planning and IT.
Should have worked in GIS sector
Excellent Leader ship qualities, Team Handling
Good communication and interview personal skills.
PMP or any other related Certification would be added advantage
