Workshop Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
· Acts as the escalation route for dealing with day-to-day customer and workshop management issues

· Authorize internal and external purchases for the day to day operation

· Ensure effective management of the teams within the workshop and the service reception desk

· Ensure Repair Quality and as per the scope of the repair order

· Generates Daily /Weekly/Monthly operational performance and reporting daily to Regional Manager

المهارات
· Awareness of operational details concerning an automotive service function

· Ability to communicate with Chief Mechanics/team leaders on job status

· Ensuring tight control of the operation through maximizing revenue and minimizing cost

· Ensures that loading is balanced across the workshop each day

· Develop training plans to improve workshop skills and competencies

· Follow up on unavailable parts and all aspects of parts delays
