الوصف الوظيفي THE JOB SUMMARY: Major Responsibilities: - The G manager should be equipped with product knowledge to be able to position his team. - Prepare the Main Methods of Market - Segmentation: Geographically Segmentation, Multi- Variable account segmentation, Segmentation by benefits - As a Leader, the main and sole responsible in the achievement of Sales Target - Plan, organize, direct and control staff to meet these objectives within a time frame. - Responsible in relaying administrative standard operating procedure sales force, e.g. orders, request for evaluation, request for supplies. - Constant coordination with all department heads to ensure the harmonious working environment.. - Review the performance of your work team and to motivate and stimulate them to even greater achievements. - Coaching sales people. - Develop Recruiting / hiring as per the approval by management and main person to give training to .team work. - Responsible in supervising big tenders and constant coordination with sales force. - Maintain a self development program. - Liase with Government Accounts & Projects.
