Front end Inspector

الوصف الوظيفي
Daily tour on all production lines to know what happened during last 24 hours, and to find out if there is anything need to do or to check current status and if there is anything need immediate action.
Collect and arrange replacement needed in case of anything or during hand over.
Ensure safe working and good housekeeping practices.
Monitor jobs and PM&R;to ensure that they are completed to a high standard of quality, workmanship and safety and in the most cost effective manner.
Support during conversions and troubleshooting.
Identify and report on recurring maintenance / production problems. Determine and initiate appropriate corrective / preventive action.
Assist in the design and implementation of authorized experimental, development or expansion projects for optimizing the use of equipment material and manpower.
Train department personnel so that the manpower is most effectively utilized and developed.
Support / Suggest improvement project for production lines to enhance efficiency and better productivity.
Arrange to repair removed accessories and keep it to be used for any time needed.
Suggest and support to order Annual Overhaul parts as per scheduled.
Prepare replacement – line shafts, gearboxes, pumps, valves, gearboxes, blowers etc.
Ensure the gear boxes, maintenance equipment, pumps and blowers maintenance works are carried out.
Support to organize to carryout major projects in house to save external contractors cost and time.
Carryout inspections and necessary repairs
Carryout refurbishment of gearboxes spares for stores stock, brackets, guides and other spare parts.
Responsible for Quality, EHS and Food Safety. Requirements to achieve.
