Operations Support Manager

الوصف الوظيفي
Responsible to develop strategies and provide support to executive management and leadership in all areas of support services administration, which are Logistics & Warehousing; Facility Maintenance & Safety Department, Fleet Management, Pharmacy & Optical Operations.
Ensure effective direction, management and accountability of the reporting functions in delivering their objectives.
Develop and ensure implementation of longer-term integrated support service management strategies with a view to maximizing support service operations, economizing costs and optimizing service.
Interprets policies and procedures, recommends changes as appropriate, and provides relevant feedback to the company’s operational leadership.
Monitor the Support Services performance of all covered sub functions according to quality and productivity standards developed internally and documented in SLAs.
Oversee management of Support Services employees, providing recommendations for hiring, promotion, salary adjustment and personnel action where appropriate.
Works with cross-functional teams and drives a culture of continuous process improvements in related sub functions.
Plans programs with the relevant heads to provide a safe physical facility through inspection and planning to reduce risks and provide a secured environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors.
Leads the planning and budgeting for upgrading or replacing key systems, buildings, or components based on the facility inspection and in keeping with laws and regulations.
Coordinate and supervise accreditation surveys as it pertains to support service functions.
Oversee the fulfilment of relevant project assignments, within budget and on schedule.
