Provides support to GSM in implementing the sales target and achieving the desired results for glass and stone wool products
Provide support to sales members in his team
Daily follow up of sales achievements with his team members
Ensure close coordination with sales managers of other regions especially in projects having common customers
Makes techno-commercial negotiations with consultants, main contractors, insulation contractors and Distributors in highly competitive environment
Identify customers and project opportunities in the market
Ensures proper credit collection and control
Report to management on changes in market place with respect to competition, new product introduced to market
Timely submission of Cloud for Customer (SAP C4C) and Business intelligence (BI) reports
Identify project opportunities in the market
Share market intelligence with Technical Dept. to help new product development opportunities and continue liaison until product launch
Execute new products’ sales
Interact with decision makers to approve our product & systems for the projects
Understand and interpret customer requirements of projects and Distributors. Provide appropriate solutions within the product portfolio
Receive customer complaints and claims, register with CSD and investigate as directed
Liaise with logistics to have on-time delivery to Customers
Regular visits to follow up on customers and existing/ future opportunities
Generate timely sales reports reflecting sales and visits
Collect and report Market Intelligence to GSM and management.
Implement price increase as per company policy

Minimum 10 years of Sales experience, preferably in the Insulation / Building Materials/related industry of which at least 5 years at key account management.
University graduate, preferably engineer with post graduate management degree
Since most of the territory is in the Middle East, candidate should preferably be Arabic speaking. He should hold passport/nationality that has no visa restrictions in GCC and Middle Eastern countries.
