SALES ENGINEER, focusing on Lightings under Lightech Division of Eagle Eye Contracting, and meeting the company targets.
Daily reports from you are highly needed.
Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region
Visit potential clients
Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
Managing and interpreting customer requirements.
Calculating client quotations.
Negotiating tender and contract terms.
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
Offering after-sales support services.
Administering client accounts.
Analysing costs and sales.
Meeting company sales targets.
coordinating sales projects.
Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education.
Helping in the lighting design of the project.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Set clear sales goals.
Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
Oversee day-to-day operation.
Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
Motivate team members.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
Suggest and organize team building activities.
In-depth knowledge of performance metrics.
Ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.
Should have experience of specification sales, ideally with lighting products, and lighting System. This ideal candidate will partner with Account Executives to find, contact, and follow-up with prospective clients. Once they discover the client’s needs, they will discuss our product’s technological capabilities and business value with the client. The ideal candidate should be able to clearly articulate highly technical concepts to all prospective clients.
