الوصف الوظيفي People · Leads team with fairness and honesty in a positive, friendly and “can do” culture. · Looks to catch people doing things right rather than doing things wrong. · Develops subordinates to the maximum of their ability to grow the next generation of leaders. · Manages the team to give a great customer experience without over or understaffing. · Manages a safe working environment in terms of the Food safety and Health and Safety laws and policies of the country, company and brand. · Leads by example. Customer · Treats every customer with politeness and courtesy and ensures the team do the same. · Communicates directly with as many customers as possible in order to build up a relationship that will help turn them into regular customers. · Rigorously enforces a culture of “customer first”. · Deals with customer complaints quickly, and in a manner that is fair to the customer and the company. Product · Makes sure that all food in the store is held at the correct temperature and in a sparkling clean environment. Rotates food by FIFO. · Only serves food that looks and tastes as it should according to Haagen-Dazs standards. · Maintains sufficient stock levels to manage expected sales with a reasonable buffer stock. i.e. don’t over or under stock food, drink or packaging. Place · Maintains a sparkling clean and sanitized store both front of house and back of house and in any staff areas. · Reports any faults immediately to either a maintenance manager, equipment supplier or mall manager. · Makes food safety and health and safety the key priority in the store. · Achieves Gold Standard in ESP audits. Promotion · Identifies opportunities to promote the sales for the store and takes appropriate action in line with agreed scope of authority. e.g. free samples · Advises marketing manager of potential opportunities to grow sale in their store that would need their support. · Fully supports promotions organized by the marketing manager, including where appropriate, running staff incentive schemes.
