Requires Masters degree of science in civil engineering from top 50 US/UK/Universities with PE engineering license and PMP certificate with minimum of 15-18 years of experience in O&M;planning including heavy use of CMMS with city council, municipalities in US/UK/CAN/AUT
Deliver safe, reliable, high quality facilities engineering, operation and maintenance programs.

Strong understanding of risk management and experience of using disciplined project with scheduling software P6, P8 (Primavera project Planner - latest version, MS project planner, Primavera sure track.
