Developed the tender BOQ in compliance with the end user pricing attachment for substations, underground cable trench, duct bank, Tunnels, and … etc.
Reviewed the proposed technical offer in compliance with client RFQ/end user requirements.
Preparation of Design & Shop drawing of mechanical systems (Firefighting, HVAC, & Plumbing) of High-rise buildings, Hospitals, Residential, Malls, Shopping complex etc. using international codes
Provided support during project’s execution and closing phases.
Prepared pre-qualification technical documents.
Preparation of Equipment schedule and schematic drawings for all mechanical systems.
Preparation of as-built documents after the commissioning of Mechanical systems.
perform ducting and piping design calculations.
Pressure drop calculations in closed chilled water system.
Designing of smoke management system.
Sound knowledge to do HVAC Heat load calculation & external static pressure calculations.
Sizing of Sprinklers, Hydrants, FM200, NOVAC, Fire water tank etc.
Sizing and selection of Chiller, Condenser unit, Chilled water pumps, AHU/FAHU/HRAHU, FCU, VRV System, Duct Split system, Package unit Air
terminal devises Grilles, Diffusers, and Louvers etc. as per design parameters
