Evaluates and manages Organizational Development (OD) strategies and processes; assessing organizational development needs of operating, business, and functional units.
Leads the designs, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals; designing and executing key programmatic elements of the OD process; measuring the achievement of established goals.
Coaches staff in reaching professional goals and provides a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees, including policies, procedures, problem solving, dispute resolution, compliance, litigation avoidance.
Manages the performance appraisal and feedback programs, and coaches Managers on performance review process and appropriate feedback, language and documentation.
Tracks and communicates progress, obstacles, and challenges to all key stakeholders.
Analyzes data to identify skill gaps and create strategies to address
المهارات
Bachelor degree Human Resource Management or any relevant field, HR or OD certifications, preferred.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience preferably as Learning and Development or in organization development
Strong verbal and written English and Arabic is required
