الوصف الوظيفي Research and investigate any missing document. 3 ways checking on the received items: PO, Invoice and physical items to make sure Price on the invoice match the PO, and Description and quantity are matched. Make sure a receiving form is accurately filled out with all the information. Obtain signature on the receiving form for the custodian. Efficiently complete the receiving, delivering and recording of new items in a timely manner. Review and check all the document to make sure all form are filled out properly. Follow up with Biomedical on all items to obtain an acceptance form signed by Biomedical Director. Submit all documents to Property Control Director for review. Generate Report on all the receiving by PO, GRN, Supplier Name, Amount, Department and Date. And maintain accurate reports at all time in a soft copy file on the share drive. Communicates and provides Property Control Director with feedbacks. Make copies of GRN and distribute to Purchasing Department and Account Payable and obtain their signature. File a copy of GRN in the receiving files. Assist in the Periodic Physical Inventory Count. Participate in other miscellaneous projects and tasks, as needed. المهارات Experience: • Minimum of 6 years related work experience. Familiar with DSFH locations and departments.
