الوصف الوظيفي · Assist in monitoring and policing all guest service activity and etiquette. Assists in educating guests regarding course policy, current cart policy, and speed of play · Works with the Tournament Coordinator to organize all groups/outings that are taking place on a specific day and prepares staff and facility for all these events · Performs range maintenance such as: presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintains ball inventory throughout the day · Safeguards all equipment including Taylor Made Rentals Sets, Range Balls and On Course furniture · Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs, service the guest who is renting golf clubs, and clean rental clubs upon return · Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition · Prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon Golf. Ensures proper staging of golf carts during the day · Greet guests at bag drop and unload their golf bags from their golf carts · Ensures all opening/closing checklists have been completed on a day to day basis · Follows in conjunction with agronomy, a sound preventative maintenance program to ensure long battery and cart life · Regular and reliable attendance is expected at all times and high levels of personal appearance · Performs other duties as required by the department and or other departments المهارات · Experience: (6) months to one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. · Technical Skills: · Special Skills: Regularly works in hot and humid conditions. Occasionally works in areas with moving mechanical parts; may come into contact with fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals. Frequently works in outdoor weather conditions. · Languages required: Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking guests and associates, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English). · Physical ability: Frequently stands, walks, uses hands, talks or hear. Occasionally sits, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls or crouches.
