National Sales Manager - KSA
About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for experienced National Sales Managers to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Saudi Arabia. The role is a National Sales Manager , reporting to the Commercial Director of KSA. The main objective of the role encompasses managing the distributor relationship and sales team to deploy Categories priorities, Go-To-Market strategy and deliver the in-store fundamentals and targets, as well as managing multiple key account relationships within the channel to further develop our brands.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage all trade channels Modern, General Trade & Pharma via distributor s sales & merchandising team. Build strong relationship with customers across trade channels (Retailers, Wholesalers, Sub-D s, Food Chains)
• Develop categories Go-To-Market s plans to deliver categories fundamentals, sales, Profit and market share. Integrate Kraft Heinz s innovation plans with country/channels needs taking into considerations the Companies, distributor and Supply network s capabilities. Develop channels plans in line country s Go-To-Market s strategy and deliver on channels role, Key business drivers, fundamentals, cost-to-serve, and top and bottom-line targets.
• Develop the Yearly Business Plan with distributor in line with company s vision and GTM s strategy and deliver the monthly sales objectives through the Distributor Partner and lead the team in developing and execution Joint business plan with top retailers in terms of in-store fundamentals, retailer events calendar, projects, growth and profitability to ensure excellence in execution on KPIs and fundamentals.
• Formulate in collaboration with finance and trade marketing team in line with trade terms the promo plan which can deliver on categories fundamentals and profitability
