JOB PURPOSE
Managing and developing food service and private labels accounts to achieve retention and growth plans for existing customers, and will be accountable for new business revenue objectives, lost business revenue objectives to increase HB market share and profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Participating in setting Sales strategy and responsible on implementing food service and Private Labels sales plan.
Plan, organize, direct and provide leadership to subordinates to ensure attainment of short and long term business growth and retention objectives.
Ensure effective and consistent implementation of marketing strategies and activities designed to maximize development of assigned markets.
Maintain awareness of competitor’s capabilities and challenges and manage execution of a competitive strategy
Interface with Halwani’s customers and prospects to ensure the maximum development of opportunities associated with the full breadth of Halwani’s products.
Ensures that the work culture and working environment at Halwani Brothers is conducive to promote positive work environment .
Ensure activities meet with and integrate with Halwani requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care in compliance with customers’ requirements.
Encourage employees to create new ideas by providing them better growth opportunities, and other motivational tools to retain existing clients and attract new clients.
Plan and set the sales target monthly and yearly.
Managing Saudi air lines and Saudi Catering among other key accounts, with regard to all aspects of contracts establishment, implementation and renewal.
Work on increasing market share (horizontally and vertically) while maintaining profitability.
Coordinate with relevant department to insure customers’ compliance, profitability, product quality and timing.
Perform other relevant duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
المهارات
Bachelor Degree (Masters preferred)
Minimum 5+ with specific and measurable achievements on strategic sales, experience with airlines/ hotels/ catering/ private labels.
Preferred 7-10+ with the last five years as a Catering/private label Sales Manager in FMCG multinational company, or solid experience and excellent track records that are filled with achievements.
