JOB PURPOSE
To ensure the Development & Management of HB Business in HORECA Segment that will ensure the Sustained Sales of the company products and achievement of the targeted market share in this segment. Responsible in achieving targeted Volume and Gross Margin from HORECA segment in the assigned geography.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maximize volume and revenue in assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods.
Responsibility to acquire new food service accounts for HB.
Activate area marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
Approval and critique of promotional programs with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development.
Develops and executes effective HORECA account-specific marketing & Sales programs.
Regularly visit existing customers to identify opportunities and analyze competitors
Follow up on payment plans and ensure proper adherence to it.
Deliver various reports about his area (i.e. payment history of his customers, competition reports, etc.).
Handling day-to-day responsibility of company’s marketing programs in the assigned geographic region.
Evaluating sales territory potential and implementing strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans in the region. Setting budgets, preparing sales and expense forecasts, and setting allocation quotas for the region.
المهارات
Bachelor degree or equivalent professional qualification
Minimum 5 years Sales & Marketing experience handling Food Service accounts to HORECA customers
Strong Food Service contacts
Ability to deal at all levels from Unit Head Chefs and Contract Catering Managers through to Buyer level.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Very good written and verbal communication skills
Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results
